Trans International Technology Ltd. was founded in 1999, by a California architect, Mr. Johnny Tri Huy Tran. After securing the exclusive distribution rights to market Xypex technology and services for the territory of Vietnam back in 1995, he spent time living in Vietnam for over a decade and set up Trans International Technology Ltd. in California as supplier of Xypex products and provider of Xypex technical support to Vietnam. Prior to Trans International Technology Ltd., he invested time in Vietnam to train Vietnamese technicians and assisted in setting up an independent Vietnamese company, Vinh Hiep Hung Co., Ltd., to serve the Vietnamese construction industry. With his technical background, he provided technical supports and solutions through Vinh Hiep Hung Co., Ltd to some of Vietnam's best projects.

It was not an easy task to compete against major competitors such as Fosroc, MBT, Sika, Grace etc... However, through repairing projects where Xypex's competitors had failed, quality conscious clients begin to turn to Xypex for technical resolution.

Today, through Trans International Technology Ltd.'s supply of Xypex products, and technical consultation, Xypex becomes a recognized name among Vietnam's construction industry. After over 20 years, Xypex Vietnam is recognized by the top construction firms in Vietnam for providing the highest quality in waterproofing and the preferred expert in leak repair for prestigious projects.
